Preview
The 5th edition of the Trophée d'or Féminin will be held over the next
five days, starting Wednesday August 29 and finishing on Sunday September
2. The race comprises six stages, finishing in Saint-Amand-Montrond
on Sunday. The biggest draw cards will be French riders Jeannie Longo
and Sévérine Desbouys (GAS Sport, returning from a fall), and Lithuanian
ex-World Champion Edita Pucinskaite (Acca Due O), Australian Alison
Wright and Russian Olga Zabelinskaia (Carpe Diem).
